This heavy-duty rolltop backpack was built for adventurous makers. It features a spacious main compartment with quick-access zipper, front zipper pocket, adjustable leather backpack straps, and side pockets for water bottles. The Slabtown Backpack is fully lined in durable canvas and the seams are bound with twill tape. Designed with waxed canvas in mind but great in any canvas or twill.

Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• Level: Intermediate. You have successfully graduated from the School of Sewing or the equivalent experience working your way through Sewing Basics, box bags, pillows, and the like.
• We provide: studio space, tools, machines, and expertise.
• You bring: A copy of the pattern and fabric per pattern (details on the pattern):
• You will also need: coordinating thread (this is for all the topstitching), a Slabtown Backpack notions kit or webbing, zippers, rivets, and snaps.
• Class length 3 hours per session for a total of 9 hours
